Service Description

Rental Fee: $500 Security Deposit: $150 (Refundable*) Total: $650 Note: The $150 security deposit is added to the total cost. It will be refunded after the event pending a damage inspection. 1 day rental – 80 Person Capacity - Rental includes the use of the downstairs room and kitchen, cold room, along with rectangle tables with chairs. (End time must be by 11pm including clean up).
